1. I like how when my dog sleeps in my bed he insists on being pushed up against me if not partially on top of me.
2. I like having a friend who is cool with high fives for no reason, dead baby jokes, decides we need "best friend" necklaces the first time we really talk, and when I blatantly cheat while playing the Dilbert game tells the two boys we are playing with (who are complaining loudly) that we are girls and are allowed to do that.
3. I like my job and most of the people I work with and like that more than the job itself.
4. I am disappointed that I didn't get a new car but I still love mine. Even if it is in the shop again and the CD player doesn't work anymore.
5. I miss going to concerts every weekend at a place where the guy at the door doesn't need to ask how old I am and 9 times out of 10 can guess what band I'm there to see.
6. I need to find a venue like that here and start going to shows again.
7. I need to grow up, go to school, and move out of my parents' house.

You have a friend? (Okay, I realize that that isn't the right way to say that, as it implies surprize that you have a friend, but you know what I mean!)
